This bean goes through an environment-friendly Swiss Water® Process, the gold standard of decaf. Ensuring that the bean’s distinctive origin and flavor characteristics are maintained, Swiss Water® Process is decaffeinated coffee without compromise. Using water from the pristine coast mountain environment of British Columbia, Canada, the caffeine is gently removed until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, undergoing regular caffeine level audits to ensure 99.9% caffeine-free compliance.

Great Decaf - Has Kenyan single origin vibes
Excellent decaf. I have a heart condition, so I can’t have most specialty coffees anymore. This one is a real treat, with nice caramel notes, similar to a Klatch Kenyan single origin I loved before the heart condition. It makes me feel like there is some good decaf out there!

It’s so difficult to find a quality brand of decaf, but this place has it! Great lighter roast, with hints of cinnamon to it. We bought it pre-ground; it was roasted and ground the day it was sent to us. So fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Highly recommended
