Although its Smoky in Flavor as the Description sez. The Bean Quality is very Avg. Also its not a Consistent Roast. I got dark Roast and Light Roast mixed together!

I am from Kona, Hawaii. I grew up on a coffee farm, so coffee is in my blood. I still enjoy coffee from my family farm on special occasions, but this blend is great as a daily drinker. I really joy the flavor and the strength of this coffee! It has a nice rich body with low acidity and a smooth finish. The whole bean option is great as it keeps the coffee fresh.

Unusual taste
This coffee had an unusual fruity undertone and I did not like it…. Prefer my fruit on the side and not in my coffee. Klatch gave me a credit which was very nice of them!!

I’m a darker roast blend coffee enthusiast and I think I finally found my favorite new favorite blend. Blue Thunder is a flavorful and semi complex coffee that isn’t bitter or acidic. I usually prepare with the pour over method and French press.
