This recipe makes 2-3 cups
You'll need:
250ml ice (we recommend making with filtered water)
36g freshly ground coffee - medium ground
250ml water (we recommend filtered)

- Heat water to boiling. Meanwhile, fill Chemex® with 250ml of ice
Yes, we'll need HOT water to make ICED coffee. Funny, right? Well, it's going to be the best way to extract the coffee flavor in such a short period. If you want to make iced coffee without hot water - you're talking cold brew. That's how cold brew coffee is made - with cold water over a longer period of time. - Rinse the filter with hot water
This will help to clean out that unwanted "paper taste" - Place the 36g ground coffee in the filter. In a spiral motion, add 60ml of water
- Add remaining water in 60ml increments
- Pour yourself a drink!
You can use some of the ice cubes in your cup, too!
